DEFENDER — CINA's research-backed anti-bullying and social-emotional learning curriculum — is in initial implementation across 14 elementary schools (Spring 2026), with a summer intensive at 15 feeder sites (Summer 2026) and full integration across all Newark Public Schools afterschool sites planned for Fall 2026.
