Curriculum Topics

What Participants Learn

Each topic can stand alone as a focused workshop or be sequenced into a full program. In the full program format, topics build progressively — from awareness and prevention through physical skills, digital safety, and community leadership.

Understanding personal space, recognizing threats, and communicating limits clearly.

Using voice, posture, and language to defuse confrontations before they escalate.

Core martial arts techniques — escapes, blocks, and counter-movements — taught in a safe, supportive environment.
